Meet Peter Brussard

Peter Brussard is a software executive with more than 25 years of experience leading and scaling software businesses. He is recognized for his ability to align teams around clear priorities, apply data-driven decision-making, and build high-performing organizations that deliver sustained commercial results.

Peter spent the last four years as president of Bridge, a software company dedicated to changing organizations through the power of employee development. He is now the president of the AI in Nursing venture at The Health Management Academy.

In the last five years, Peter has ensured AI-driven innovation across multiple products, including features that leveraged sentiment extraction, natural language processing (NLP), topic modeling (LDA), generative LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architecture, AI translation and adaptive prompt modeling.

Peter is also a husband and a father. When he’s working, you can find Peter spending time with his wife and two daughters in the Pacific Northwest.
